Specter voted Against Kagan for Solicitor General. That means he HAS to vote against her Now, right
LOL, Specter will definitely vote for Kagan. And it should show you how much of a snake Specter is. Cuz none of us will have any idea where Specter stands (which shouldnt come as a surprise to anybody).

1. over the past year, Specter has been a much better Democrat than Ben Nelson and others
At least he's willing to help Obama accomplish his agenda
