I like to jog at midnight. I sweat. My hair gets messed up. I get exhausted and lean against garages and trees. I wear jogging pants or shorts. I dont carry ANY ID let alone a birth certificate when I jog.
I am dark-skinned. Ergo: is it now unsafe to jog in Arizona for fear of being arrested?
