On Tuesday, Meg Whitman's opponent for the Republican nomination for governor, Steve Poizner, put $2.5 million more of his own money into his campaign.

So Whitman, the billionaire former EBay chief, doubled down Wednesday and injected another $5 million into hers, according to campaign sources.

That brings Whitman's total contributions from her personal funds to $64 million for the race; Poizner has put in about a third of that, at nearly $22 million.

6. These two idiots are spending all their money out doing each other, calling the other one "liberal."
:eyes:

I can't imagine that is really impressing a majority of the state.

Well... I take that back. They were impressed with our current idiot.
