Age requirements for public office

Yes,there are minimums.Should there be a maximum? There are private sectors that require mandatory retirement @ a certain age.Should this be something that we need to think about with Congress,Supreme Court,and even the Presidency?

3. Why? I believe there should be no mandatory retirement age. There are 90 year-olds with better

minds than most 30-somethings. Each person is unique and should be 'judged' on their qualifications.
