I wish it weren't such a pain in the ass to buy things made in this country.
In the next few months, I need to buy a bicycle and a backpack. Seems like everything that is made in this country is to have it be some kind of premium product that just drives the cost through the roof. I would love for someone to be able to come up with a business plan that would help me keep my money local.

4. Some of Gary Fisher Bikes' frames are USA made.
I know my Sugar was. The components are a different story (as they will be on most). Bontrager is still made here (I think) but Shimano, et al are not made here.
