Democrats Way Ahead in Cash for House & Senate
I looked at the 2010 Senate predictions based on polls aggregated at http://uselectionatlas.org/POLLS/SENATE/2010/polls.php">Leip's Presidential Atlas. It shows a 21 to 12 outcome (with 2 toss ups and Crist wining in FL). I thought ugh, more goofballs in the Senate. Then I saw this at OpenSecrets.org.

Since money talks in elections, it is an important look at fund raising right now.

The Democrats lead in the House races and Senate races for incumbents. Democrats have raised about twice as much for House races; they have raised more from individuals for House and Senate races (a measure of public sentiment), and have much more cash on hand for both bodies than Republicans.

OpenSecrets.org

Interesting stuff.
