So let me get this straight...you are citing North Korea and Afghanistan as positive examples? Really? Honestly? Do the people who write these things even stop to think?

Not to mention that from what I recall, the Afghan-Pakistan border is rather pourous. Hence our near-decade's long failure to catch this guy:
