Birthers in legal trouble: 9 of them indicted on charges of accessing Obama records
Nine people have been indicted in federal court on charges they accessed President Barack Obama's student loan records while employed for a Department of Education contractor in Iowa.

The U.S. attorney's office says a grand jury returned the indictments Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Davenport.

The nine individuals are charged with exceeding authorized computer access.

They are accused of gaining access to a computer at a Coralville, Iowa, office where they worked between July 2007 and March 2009, and accessing Obama's student loan records while he was either a candidate for president, president-elect or president.

The charge is punishable by up to one year in prison and a fine of up to $100,000.

It's weird, conservatives drive up gun sales after they're told Obama will take all their guns (And Obama has actually loosened rules on guns), they're told blatantly false chain emails like how Obama is bringing Hamas terrorists over to the US by plane and it drives them wild and motivated the Hutaree group in it's rage against the government, they're told not to answer the census and now their representation will drop in some areas, and now nine of them could go to prison for a year.

Sounds like the conservative movement is riddled with infiltrators.

I am definitely NOT one of those infiltrators. How about you, have you truly NOT done any infiltration of the conservative movement?

9. Birther claims as to how Obama received aid in college
The Birthers claim that Barack Obama received aid when he went to college reserved solely for foreign students, claiming Indonesian citizenship.

This is based upon an April Fools joke put out on the internet on April 1, 2009. They believe it to be true even though it was put up on a satire site.

3. Are these birthers or just idiots? Not that it is mutually exclusive.
But I would hate to tag someone as a birther just for being stupid curious.

7. Old news, and ridiculous to peg them as birthers since the intrusion had
nothing to do with birth certificates. Wow, and I keep hoping that only repugs spin lies into their talking points.

8. Are constructive hobbies illegal out there or something?
Seriously...they need to find better things to do with their time.

Make ashtrays. Build birdhouses. Do jigsaw puzzles.

11. LOL! Tangent- a friend of mine suggests we hoard old ashtrays as they will be collector's items
some day repurposed by our descendants as nut dishes :D

10. Schrodinger Republican Birthers: Both stupid & not stupid simultaneously. You can only really know
for sure whether they are actually stupid by checking their political donations.
