The reasons why we have so many nutjobs with a stranglehold on our national debate is a mystery to me.
It's like that America wants to be intentionally stupid.

teenagers would be reading Jane Austen more than Twilight. But nooooo. Look at all the stupidities of American culture in general not just Fox News. Turn on your local top 40 station and hear how limited the creativity of modern music is. But at least you can dance to that music not be outraged unlike trash talk radio.
