With all the repub senators voting against raising the limit of liability on the companies involved in the disaster in the gulf, I wonder if Darth Cheney isn't in the shadows controlling the the repub senators and even beyond that all the right wing talkies like rush, hannity , et al? He's dropped of the radar for a while now and skunked back into the bunker.
