Don't know if it will help but it certainly was the least I could do - I feel like BP is getting no oversight at this point - hope to hell I'm wrong.

Bringing ONE thread back to the top for more visibility is more effective.
When I see the same person re-porting the same thread over and over, I tend to just block ALL those messages, not pay more attention. If I see a thread with a lot of view, comments and recommendations, I am more likely to read and act on it.
