OK, so I decided to 'put down' for a while and go on vacation but after 48 hours I checked in and look what Google custom search delivered to me, my article exactly where I wanted it to show up for the people I wrote about. THANKS Milwaukeedems.Org for posting this. And thanks for not letting the bastards scare you in 2004, you came out and gave Kerry a big victory: Kerry +12 points above his national big city average; * minus 12 points off his national big city average.

1. My sister and BIL are good Dems living in the Brew City area.
They voted for Gore and then Kerry.

2. The margin in 2004 was hard earned. They were totally harassed!

By some real pros...yet they made their statement, loud and clear.

:toast: to your sister and her husband!

4. Yep, but the official Democratic Party in at least on city recognized "election fraud"
That's something. The MSM's absence explains my presence, however, when they do show up, they kick ass.

Look at this from McClatchy Newspapers, they're all over election fraud, and the US Attorneys. Amazing, hard hitting stuff.

Summary of about 15 articles

Maybe more of them will wake up. Hope so, it's getting late.

'Bout damn time!

:toast:

Let's recharge with joy and optimism. Ye olde Constitution is beckoning to us like the beach, and we respond with smiling hearts, eager hands, and potato salad.

Or a kiddie pool under a deck umbrella with lawn chairs pulled up around it, and places for newspapers, books, and the beverage of the moment.

Or anything else that makes you feel good, and have the feeling that it's getting better all the time.

NGU.

9. I love this Google alert - Indiana Dems tell Repub. Secty of State - "Stay Out of our Town"

County threatens to lock out Rokita
POLITICS : Secretary of State wants to monitor vote fraud complaints Tuesday
BY BILL DOLAN
bdolan@nwitimes.com
This is great stuff. The guy is coming to their town to investigate a bogus crime that he can fabricate data about to justify repressive voter ID legislation to disenfranchise people in this community. I think keeping him out is doing him a favor.

County threatens to lock out Rokita (IN Repub. Secty of State)
May 5, 2007

CROWN POINT | State election board monitors being sent to Gary and East Chicago to sniff out possible vote fraud may be stuck outside those cities' polling places looking in Tuesday.

Secretary of State Todd Rokita is scheduled to be here Monday to insist 10 of his special deputies be allowed inside polling places during Tuesday's election in those cities because the municipalities have "a history of documented vote fraud," said Paul Okeson, Rokita's chief of staff.

Sally LaSota, director of the Board of Elections and Voter Registration and Michelle Fajman, county elections director, said Friday the deputies won't be let in without proper credentials -- which no one from Rokita's office has obtained yet.

They said Rokita could have requested their office issue access papers.

But, LaSota said, "He (Rokita) hasn't had the courtesy to talk to us."

Okeson said Friday Rokita can delegate his access to polling places to others and is coming here to show his concern that a clear election take place.

"The law is clear. We are going to be there," Okeson said.

17. i worked for election organizations in Milwaukee in '04 and '06
and i can't even begin to tell you how ridiculous this whole entire mess was. after all the screaming and whining and hollering and ranting our right-leaning US Attorney basically told the republicans that they were full of shit (the US Attorney who attempted another political stunt by prosecuting Georgia Thompson, read here: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=186x20048)

and yes, what happened in Milwaukee IS a model for what they're trying to do all over the country - stop people from voting

to "watch" or something ridiculous like that? Only in Milwaukee... the rest of the state votes fine.

20. The Georgia Thompson Case - An Outrage, check this out
Edited on Mon May-07-07 03:29 PM by autorank
You can tell me anytime. I wasn't there but writing about it brought out the absurdity of it all. I remember John Fund coming out with his book on voter fraud way back and thought, this is nonsense.

I was going to include the Thompson story in this article but wanted to stay on topic and Thompson's indictment was "election fraud" - wrongly influencing massive numbers of voters (through the distorted prosecution). This is from the section I edited out (plan to follow up though, if I can get to speak to her). Here's what the appeals judge said, devastating stuff.

---------------

The final verdict on that legal masterpiece was rendered by Federal District Judge Easterbrook who dissected then reversed U.S. Attorney Biskupic’s case with the dispassionate skill of an experienced surgeon. He noted three alternative explanations of Ms. Thompson’s actions on a travel agency procurement that would have stopped the charges and prosecution.

U.S. Appeals Court Chief Judge Esterbrook summarized his opinion in these words:

The prosecution, which led to the conviction and imprisonment of a civil servant for conduct that, as far as the record shows, was designed to pursue the public interest as the employee understood it, may well induce congress to take another look at the wisdom enacting ambulatory criminal prohibitions

---------------

Bickupic did such a bad job, the judge not only reversed the decision and ORDERED Thompson freed from jail immediately, he suggested that congress would make a law against htis crap (and it was a "conservative" panel).

On edit: Excellent threat you ran on that. Sorry I missed it.

21. Your home state deserves it.

The great thing about the Milwaukee story is that the voters did come out and Kerry wiped the floor with Bush, won huge. Nice lesson for cheaters.

Keep up the great work.
