Hello Concerned Voter,

I'm Bob Purity and I'm running for Congress.

Excuse me if I'm interrupting your busy schedule tonight, but I hope that you could grant a moment of your time so that I may to talk to you about something that's vitally important to our great nation.

As you know, I'm hoping that I have your vote in tomorrow's election. It's critical that I get your help so that I may spearhead the fight in Congress to fight an injustice that threatens to affect us all.

I'm talking about Alien-Human Hybrids.

As we speak, scientists all oven the country, including some in this very own Congressional district, are secretly working to splice human DNA with the DNA of space aliens who have crashed to Earth. If you feel the way that I do about this, then you'll know in your heart of hearts that this is just plain wrong.

With your important vote, I can work in Congress to put an end to this Godless crime against nature. That's right, I need your help tomorrow.

My opponent refuses to discuss the threat to our national security that is Alien-Human gene splicing. The silence on the other side is deafening.

With your vote, we can put an end to that silence and stop once and for all this dangerous practice.

When you go to the polls tomorrow to cast your vote, I want you cast it with a firm hand and firm hearted conscience to defeat the forces who would force Americans to be born with green blood, four heads or seven prehensile tails with wobbly fingers on the end.

Only you can STOP Alien-Human hybrid gene splicing.

2. Ok if talking on Hybrids, there is a good Outer Limits episode on that topic.

Note that I do not believe in aliens, but whatever metaphor that is, I do believe in being kind, and think often on this Outer Limits episode when thinking on that metaphor.

And no it is not about aliens in my view, more of what people think of as how people should treat other people.

Although again, I should say I have different metaphors for soldier and service then some. Although there is overlap. So you can see both dark and light side in sectors like military.

And I do know that this post of that episode was a logical expectation to the OP post, but the episode is still good, so don't mind posting it. So it does not mean it fits into a sequence I agree with, but at a lower level, it is still a good episode.

Notice he does not agree. He does not let someone else frame the question when given a yes no question. A respectful action.
