Morning Joe states the movement in Democratic politics "has nothing to do with Liberalism,
it is only dissatisfaction with incumbents and government".

I am hoping he will be very confused after the primaries today - I am hoping a lot of liberals vote and a lot of liberals win.

Joe looks best when he appears to be a little stunned...His natural state?

1. Having people challenging from the Left, and actually doing well
is a threat to the GOP Lie--This is a center right country.

Naturally Joe has to try to discredit any way he can.

2. NEWSFLASH!: Mr. Hyperpartisan Big-R Scarborough hates political parties.
That's what the man just said. Now that I've had my first bellylaugh for the day, I can return to serious matters. What an idiot!

3. Are liberal incumbents winning in relatively conservative states - that would prove your point

4. Well, Phil Ochs might say he's right
See Och's classic, trenchant song "Love me, I'm a Liberal."

7. It's a good song
I also like Jello Biafra's send up and update of the song on the album he did with Mojo Nixon and the Toadlickers.

5. i've heard claims that this is some kind of anti obama revolt
which it isn't. i will say that there is an anti incumbent fervor in republican and dem sides. people are generally sick of washington and its bs. but specter is NOT a democrat no matter how much the media tries to make it sound like he is. he changed parties because he was in danger of losing a primary in the republican side. i tend to think obama promised to help him out if he switched parties and if he voted with the dems on some stuff.... so his backing specter is him keeping a promise. but i can't stand the way the msm tries to portray this is as an anti obama movement. my only hope is that people notice things looking up by november and vote dem. i can't imagine the republicans getting very far.... especially when the teabaggers are trying to force the republicans so far right. what normal person would vote for these crazy nutjobs! surely the independents wouldn't vote for some of these folks. i mean, there is republican and then there is nutjob! not to say that i am happy with the republicans, but the media makes the teabaggers sound like a bigger group than they are. they seem to be big enough to make the primaries interesting for the republicans. you see these folks taking positions farther right then most folks would be agreeable to. then after the primaries they would have to try to appeal to regular folks, but how do you do that when you were just in crazy nutjob territory?

8. Be prepared. This WILL be the "conventional wisdom"
from the MSM talking heads. It's not the Left flexing it's muscle, it's just anti Obama and anti incumbent. And yes, it's because it goes against their meme that this is a center/right country politically.

What we've got to do is counter it everywhere and everywhen we hear it and, MOST IMPORTANTLY, vote in November. Beat Toomey and the R in AR with Sestak and Halter and they won't be ABLE to deny it. Although they probably WILL down play it. VOTE! VOTE! VOTE!

9. My wife and I voted in SE PA this morning at 9:30 - we were #15 and 16-
rainey, windy, lower temps - turnout will be poor. I would love to see a lot of Democratic votes today - if your state is voting today, please get out and vote - a lot depends on your vote, whether you believe that or not...
When the turnout is small,m many elections are decided by a very tight margin.

Please vote today.
