New Underwater Video Examines Multiple Leak Points Causing BP Oil Spill
Source: YouTube

Gigantic oil and gas bursts gush out of a secondary leak point in the May 18 video on right.

The insertion tube is seen in the May 17 video, bottom left.

Also in the May 17 video, dispersants are sprayed near the leaking riser pipe.

The top left video is dated May 10.

Watching how fast it is spewing out of the one on the right is incredibly disturbing

4. The U.S. should seize BP and all of it's assets NOW
and throw everything we have at stopping this ecological calamity and cleaning up every bit of the mess, and reimburse the fishermen for their losses.

If there is anything left over, then we taxpayers keep it for having to put up with so much incompetence from a 2-bit oil company still operating in Bush/Cheney mode.

9. You can't put the genie back in the bottle
In the Exxon Valdez clean up about 8% was cleaned up-the rest was still there. And the real number is in excess 0f 25,000 barrels a day. Check out www.skytruth.org

10. Feds are now even admitting the oil is only a few days from hitting the Keys
and then they say Miami by month's end. half mast is sadly appropriate.

6. That can't be. The private sector has all the answers, unlike that f-ing government

which gets nothing right.

I recently had a political discussion with a couple of my right wing BILs. They were giving their rant about how the private sector is inherently good and nothing good can happen if the government runs it.

I pointed out that the biggest economic disasters from the past decade or so have been from private sector corruption and incompetence. Look at Enron. The automaker bailouts. Wall Street and its investment banks. Now, this ecological disaster with BP.

The real kicker in this whole discussion is one of the BILs works for GM. I reminded him that the federal government recently bailed his employer out and he could very well be unemployed right now had that not occurred.

Might as well have been talking to a brick wall. They're so indoctrinated from the RW talk and news shows, there's no reforming them.

Malloy is right about the teabaggers enabling this crap to continue by carrying the water for these corporations, and usually to their demise.

8. They are a complete waste of time
This people are so brainwashed that facts don't matter. Poorly educated, no critical thinking ability
they are ripe for the picking of any demagogue. The MSM loves them because they are sound bite people.
Save your breath for those that are teachable. It's like this teabag dolts. Just ask one what they would cut from the federal budget and how much it would save the average American on his tax bill. Their leader never get specific just a lot fo talk about"reducing waste", over regulation and other buzz words.
