From many reports I have read Democrats are starting to receive lot's of money
Corporations are switching their money giving habits and now sending it to Democrats instead of Republicans. It is also becoming apparent the Democrats are losing their desire to end the military actions around the world. Coincidence, maybe.....I guess time will tell but according to some newspapers Bush* will get a spending bill without any mention of bringing the troops home....It seems the more money they receive the less enthusiastic they become to curb the military...

1. Corporations don't just give money to candidates.
The money comes with strings. Unfortunately, in today's political environment, you need corporate money to win elections. No matter who wins, the corporations own them.

We need serious election reform.

2. It's all the republicans, Joementum and BUSH
who are preventing Congress from ending this illegal war. I seriously doubt your assessment, given if I understand you correctly; You are claiming the Democratic fund raising is a success due to corporations giving money to them with the idea of staying in Iraq....Is that what you are suggesting?

3. You're flatly wrong on sentence #2.
Dems are doing everything in their power to end the war. There is nothing they can do about the power of the veto and the American public does not support simply defunding the war. It's an unfair comment to say they are losing their desire.

5. I like this because it twist the screws a bit
The more pressure we can apply the better. If there can be some doubt thrown in as to their efforts or lack of, then it may just spur action, maybe even sooner than later... Remember people are dying and losing everything they own and it is not being stopped quick enough. Question their motives and make them justify their tardiness.
