They've decided to spread the duties out over their existing employees.
This after 5-interviews followed by 2-weeks of near-silence.

Hang in there...that type of behavior has been happening a lot over the past two years. It's really disheartening because your hopes are let down, and then to keep on hoping just seems pointless. We actually had this happen twice after 2nd interviews and being flown out for plant visits and salary negotiations. I don't have any answers just wanted you to know you're not alone.
