Anyone catch the voice in the background when Rachel Maddow interrupted Rand Paul?

Rand Paul was completely stalling on the question of if he supports the right of private business to discriminate. It took a long while for Rachel to jump in but when she did for the first time I heard a women voice yell in the background and Rachel quickly apologized and let him finish. DVR seems to confirm this. Was Rachel under some kind of terms that prevented her from interrupting?

Either way Rachel totally ripped him a new one, showed the country how absolutely insane he is.
