When Rep. Luis Gutierrez.,.

asks to be arrested in front of the whitehouse what is suppose to happen(I am not trying to be funny)is he saying that if he is arrested the President will then pass some type of immigration reform,due to him being arrested. Didn't he get arrested in the past few weeks?

Isn't gutierrez a Representative? Can't he write and bring up a bill himself? to get the ball rolling..

3. He's pointing out that him getting arrested in front of the WH (which he has already done)

isn't enough to get things moving on immigration reform. It sounded like he was hoping that the little girl's comment might help do it.

who really does fight for his beliefs, unlike so many politicians, who only give lip service.
