I went thru five minutes of automated questions and then they tell me that "Representatives are on duty 9AM until ....."

1. That happened to me with AT&T

Isn't it ironic (in a tragic way) that you can't get anyone on the phone from a telephone company??

Progressive company, I always speak to someone when I call. Verizon is 100% red company.

3. I was done with Verizon a couple of years ago

When they couldn't fix my phone or internet connection issues. Their idea of customer service sucks.

5. I worked for the bastards for 21 years, so I'm still doing bidness with them.

I took my pension savings in one lump sum in 2002 and invested it with a 401K company. Lost a shitload of $$$ during the Wall Street rape.

When it comes to cell phones, I'm a Luddite. I still have free phone service from them and only pay 8 cents a minute for long distance.
