Louisiana continues to get encircled by the oil |

As I noted a while back: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=389&topic_id=8277282There is a lot of worry about oil going around Florida and up the east coast, but Louisiana is bearing the heaviest cost.
