Yes, it is a charter but still not a govt plane.

2. There is also a Royal Squadron

In 1994, Prince Charles was piloting one of the RAF Bae146's into an Islay airfield, when he took it off the end of the runway (landed too fast and steep). Since then, he hasn't been allowed to take the controls. 3. The windows that are blocked is her changing room.
Can't have common people see her naked.

I am reading about Kings and Queens in history... during one reign it was an honor even for someone with royal blood to observe their king over the crapper.
