And this guy is running for president?
"There is no work more important to America's future than the work that is done within the four walls of the American home," Romney said. He also criticized people who choose not to get married because they enjoy the single life.

"It seems that Europe leads Americans in this way of thinking," Romney told the crowd of more than 5,000. "In France, for instance, I'm told that marriage is now frequently contracted in seven-year terms where either party may move on when their term is up. How shallow and how different from the Europe of the past."

But excuse me, what in hell is he talking about? There is some speculation that what he "was told" about was a fluffy French comedy that he thinks somehow reflected the law of the land, but who knows where he got this ridiculous idea? It would be in keeping with most of the Republican leadership's dependence on popular culture for their understanding of ... everything. (And I suppose we could take some heart in the fact that it was an actual "foreign" film, so that's at least an improvement over the "Rawhide" and "Leave It To Beaver" curriculum that informed the current administration about foreign policy.)

4. He meant to say, "In france employers do not routinely fire their employees for
having a family. In fact, they are allowed copious amounts of holiday time so as to be with said family." With regards to the conflict between home and work Europe is indeed far ahead of the U.S.

Who knows what this man is trying to say. What anyone worried about the American family should be focused on is the true threat to family-->the overworked and underpaid (relative to the consumer price index) workforce.

5. Document shows this is one of Romney's strategies
The plan, for instance, indicates that Romney will define himself in part by focusing on and highlighting enemies and adversaries, such common political targets as "jihadism," the "Washington establishment," and taxes, but also Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, "European-style socialism," and, specifically, France.

Enmity toward France, where Romney did his Mormon mission during college, is a recurring theme of the document. The European Union, it says at one point, wants to "drag America down to Europe's standards," adding: "That's where Hillary and Dems would take us. Hillary = France." The plan even envisions "First, not France" bumper stickers

6. Some people don't find "that special someone", so they remain single.
How can THEY be blamed?

Many people DO want relationships, but it doesn't work out that way.

Romney's already proven himself to be a fool. The repubs can surely find someone better than him. (I've gathered moderate ones love Hillary... and, yeah, She's better of the two...)

8. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAIT a minute!!!!!!!!!!!!
Which group of president hopefuls have the most divorces amongst them....REPUBLICANS, REPUBLICANS, REPUBLICANS. McCain, at least one; Rudi 3, Newt 3 --

Hillary none, Edwards none, Obama none. hmmmmmmmm.....old Rommeny is from a cult where men are allowed three four five and as many as twelve wives. Hell no wonder he says more work is done in the home. Keeps men busy.
