are the Coast Guard and BP being allowed to invoke to prevent access to beaches or to prevent filming????
I would like to know what authority they are using to justify their actions. Why are a private corporation and a military service apparently acting in concert to carry this out??

walk usage, telling pedestrians they had to walk blocks out of their way because they couldn't use the streets near the 2003 March Against the Invasion. Like Kutztown, PA, cops threatening me with arrest for disturbing the peace, telling me I couldn't cross the public street to stand on the public university's lawn because REPUBLICANS IN LINE ON THAT SAME GRASS had precedence that day, to see Bush.
You get the drift. POLICE PROTECT THE HAVES, AND GOVTS SERVE AT THEIR PLEASURE.
