"Don't Ask, Don't Tell" Family Forum to be held in Chapel |
|
I'm helping spread the word, I guess. Looks like the DADT forums are going to be played on the homecourt of the "Don't change it crowd" Received this email:
"Please help us spread the word about this upcoming opportunity for military families. It is VERY short notice, the event is on Monday and the deadline to reserve childcare is tomorrow afternoon, so we appreciate your help in raising awareness of this event.
What: "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" Family Information Exchange Forum When: Monday, May 24th from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm (1830-1930) Where: Murphy Canyon Chapel, 3200 Santo Road
More Info:
- The Secretary of Defense has established a Comprehensive Review Working Group to address the implications of a possible repeal of the Don't Ask, Don't Tell Policy.
- Family members/spouses of active duty military members are encouraged to attend this Information Exchange Forum to have an opportunity to ask questions and make comments with Senior Leadership regarding the possible repeal of this policy and the effects it would have."

2. In what city and state is this forum occurring? |
|
"3200 Santo Road" doesn't say much. ;)
It may be helpful to crosspost this in the specific state forum here on DU as well, just in case some members miss this thread. :hi:
