Rand doesn't derive from Ayn Rand --- But from Random
That's my feeling, now that I see Paul "randomly" spewing his libertarian, business-pimping viewpoint. He's "randomly" revealing the true agenda of the teabaggers.

1. Keep talking Rand so America can truly see what a nut job
you and your Libertarian views are. But he's not the "purist" the media types have tried to portray, he's anti-choice which is contrary to the Libertarian view.

2. He's also anti GLBT rights.
Typical libertarian confusion. Morons abound.

4. Their arguments are nonsensical and confusing - true

One of my oldest friends (30 year friendship) is a Libertarian and while I love to argue politics with him, he is frustrating in his inability to make logical sense. Oh and he worked on Ron Paul's first Congressional campaign while we all lived in TX.

6. Libertarians are just daft
they remind me of these people I met years ago, who were trying to live according to their 'breathairian' beliefs, which said that humans do not need food, we are simply addicted to it, and so they were always trying to live on breath alone. That is the level of reason going on in libertarians as well.
Of course Ayn Paul is not a libertarian, as he embraces big government control of women and gay people, he's just a Republican.
Republican brand is weak right now. They like to be called 'tea party' or whatnot, but what they are is Republicans, pure and simple. Paul is in the same Party as Olympia Snowe, and this means they share goals, views, and that they are the same more than they are different. They are both Republicans.
