1. The DARE t-shirt really "fits", eh?
The only "poop dicks" I see are the ones in the mug shots.

4. Isn't this a form of mutilation?
I mean, popping some guy's nose so he bleeds is one thing: it will stop and heal.

But tattooing is for life, like cutting something off the body...

13. They should have to pay for the removal
and face serious jail time. Permanently disfiguring someone that way is sick.

17. how long will any of them be in prison?
It looks like only one of them--the guy who did the actual tattooing but who wasn't the one who threatened him into going to the house in the first place--is accused of anything:

This is so sad. That poor kid. I wish bullies could be sent to jail for ten years so they lose their youth just like their victims do. (And I wasn't even bullied as a kid--I can't imagine how people who were must feel about people like this.)

20. They targeted him for being a special needs kid.
As far as I'm concerned, they can learn their lesson at the hands of the court. This was premeditated and particularly manipulative cruelty.

21. Fisk stands more to lose from the drug charge (B felony)
than for defacing and assaulting another human being (A misdemeanor). I'm also impressed that most of the participants appear to be out on bail for past offenses and two are under investigation for yet others. It gets even better when it turns out he was arrested in both Concord and Hopkinton - committing crimes in multiple states.
