Repost- Wrongful Foreclosure ends in Suicide

Hi again (thanks to the moderator for alerting me my formatting problem) I'll make this into two posts to fix.

I just got this from the neighbor.....Orange County Florida

Yesterday, 5-22-2010 while talking to one of my neighbors and his sister, the question came up to me if I knew why someone would be living in a house she owned in Orlando, could they be squatters or could she have been foreclosed on without her knowing?

She had stated that her son, his wife and 2 children had been living in the house making the payments until he could no longer make the payments, she had taken out the mortgage with BOA, and OCWEN was the servicer that the payments were sent to.The property was also a ranch that she had kept horses on. She lived in another home in Orlando which BOA had that address on file . She also told me that she had never been served with a summons for foreclosure, ever.


After she told me this, I proceeded to pull up the county clerks records and low and behold ,she had been foreclosed on in Sept. 2009 by the plaintiff Lasalle Bank, sale of the home Oct 2009, sold back to plaintiff Lasalle Bank for $100.00.

Now anybody catch the fact that Lasalle Bank is the plaintiff, she took her loan out with BOA.
After looking at the 2 separate cases of foreclosure on this property ,that's right I said 2 cases of foreclosure running over each other at the same time , by the same Plaintiff Lasalle Bank, 1 lis pendens filed on 7-14-2008 by attorney Steve Clarfield for Lasalle Bank with no action occurring with that case until a voluntary dismissal by the Judicial Officer 11/17/2009.

The 2nd lis pendens is filed 2-12-2009 ,different case # but still the same property, this is filed by attorney Christopher Fulmer for Lasalle Bank also. Now this case zips along through the court at lightning speed and within 8 months, slam dunk ,over Lasalle Bank makes a bid of $100.00 and gets the home back.

Now at the time of the hearing for Motion of Final Summary Judgement in Sept. 2009 , the attorney, Christopher Fulmer also files a affidavit for of Lost/Destroyed Instrument,kind of late in the game.

After showing her what was recorded , she is stunned ,still in shock, looking for many answers as to how ,if she had never been served.
I told her that her son had been named on both suits and he probably had been served and maybe accepted her summons as well but never told her.

I was then informed by my neighbor that this was the nephew 2 months ago that had ended his life with a handgun ,leaving behind his wife ,2 children and his mother. It was imagined that he took his life because he felt he was a failure...........................

I'm still in shock this morning as this seems to running closer and closer to home, family and friends that we know...

Apparently the defendant was never served!

The family is grieving over the loss of their son and I am in contact with the neighbor.

Once I get the ok...I intend to expose the "lender", the mill, the clerk, the judge, etc.

If I put the pieces together who will help me shine a spotlight on these villainous cretins?

He might not be your rep, but he's demonstrated he's not afraid to use any example of corporate villainy to make his case on the House floor.

The family is still grieving and wishes to have their privacy preserved before we fight this.

5. This is a case of vulture funds.

They made a bad loan, they foreclose, write off the "bad" debt, and then purchase it for a song.

This is part of the grand plan that after creating the conditions for a fire sale by stealing any money not nailed down, they then use that same stolen money to buy / steal actual property. The fleecing of America is entering stage 2 where they sieze all your property using the politicians that they purchased / leased since the Reagan years.
