When a company is using social programs to make up for sorry pay and benefits we all pay. I know people that applied to Wal Mart and the HR person that hired them offered to help them apply for food stamps and other benefits on the spot. When you figure in what that's costing us, how cheap is that crap in those stores, really?
I like to point out to them that the standard of a true free market is that I would support a business by voluntarily purchasing their goods and services, not by being forced to support them involuntarily through taxes to help support workers they are too cheap to pay a decent wage. What's that called again?
