What gets me about the James O'Keefe verdict |
|
He pleads guilty and gets a suspended sentence; and it's damned if you do ....
If he was sent to jail (which is what I wanted), even for a few days, he'd be a "martyr" for conservatives and played as a "victim".
But since he's not, I'm sure he'll be Hannity's "special guest" and will be spun as "well you plead guilty, but they gave you a suspended sentence, so that, of course, PROVES you're innocent".
Damned if you don't. FUCK 'EM.

3. This is going to make him more of a hero than ever. They might as well have given him... |
|
...a winning lottery ticket too. Expect to see a Lot more of this punk.
Any of us would be rotting in prison.

10. That won't bother him. |

That decision, it seems, took nothing of note that O'Keefe's method is to take footage, edit it to make people look bad when they are not, and then hide the real footage from being seen.
Fools court for a court of fools.

|
I'd love to hear him whine like that douche Joe "Girls Gone Wild" Francis is about being in jail.

6. He was gonna be a hero to young and upcoming wingnut psychopaths |
|
and talking heads everywhere anyway.
They could have sentenced him to life in prison and it would not have mattered--O'Keefe will still be a martyr for the cause.

12. Thing is- if this had been a college student- and the target been a Republican |
|
He'd have been imprisoned for several years- made to pay restitution and likely been decried even by people on this website.
