Is everything going alright with BP's attempt today?

I stepped away to get lunch and came back to increased gushing, at least it looks that way to me. Did something happen or is this just a different angle? It looks like several holes.

2. I think we'll be the last to know if something goes wrong. But CNN has several

different viewpoints (and this site switches between a couple) and some look gushing, some not so much. Hard to tell if it's just the camera angle or not.

Nothing has been said, though.

"Throughout the extended top kill procedure – which may take up to two days to complete - very significant changes in the appearance of the flows at the seabed may be expected. These will not provide a reliable indicator of the overall progress, or success or failure, of the top kill operation as a whole. BP will report on the progress of the operation as appropriate and on its outcome when complete."

I find that statement condescending, but it's probably a good idea to not ride along emotionally with fluctuations we may see.

Doesn't mean they are not important.

We deserve an explanation LIVE from BP and the government. This shouldn't be left to our more or less educated guesses and the punditry.
