It will depress the hell out of you.



One depicts a dystopian near future in which the earth is dying.



..... and the other is a fictional movie.

3. Children of Men was also great

They both have similar themes about purpose in a hopeless world (and how children impact that).

4. You would think in this bleak world I would avoid these flicks, but oddly enough my
family can't get enough of them. (Well, not sure if these would be ok for the kids. But we all love to watch shows like "Life After People" or anything detailing potential mega-disasters.)

and left me just stunned. I cannot imagine they could have captured it in film. Was it well done then?
