He understood that women had to be able to welcome, each child into their family unit. It’s called understanding the “heart” of a woman. No one can understand abortion until one understands the heart of a woman. That is exactly why abortion will always be around for myriad reasons – women cannot always welcome an addition into their families. They make choices based on the current dynamic and what is right for that family.

and equally amazing is the pos that murdered him is serving out his sentence. Justice moved swiftly this time . GOOD

Dr. Tiller also understood women can't welcome children into their family units if their pregnancies kill them. The good doctor specialized in high-risk abortions; he performed late-term abortions on women who would be severely injured or die from their pregnancies, and on women whose fetuses were about to die themselves--when a fetus dies, it tends to take the mother with it. There were three doctors in the US who were in this particular field. Only three, for 150 million females who might need his services.
