Picking up a Seat here would be huge, especially with the expected losses in other states.\

4. It would depend on Portman being found in bed with a dead girl
or a live boy, like the saying goes.

Dennis polled all of 6% in my district east of Cleveland when he ran for president in 2004. That was in the primary.

His accomplishments lie elsewhere. He has had a few.

6. In Ohio?
I think Portman would weather the dead girl/live boy scenario.

5. Agreed, a gain here would be good
The GOP really knows there is a chance they could lose this one, which is why they came up with that sleazy ad against Fisher a few weeks back.

7. We have four likely losses at the moment (AR, ND, DE, and IN).
We have some potential gains in OH, FL, and NC. There are other potential gains in NH, MO, and KY if things really go our way. If we can hold them to the four likely losses, then we can really turn this around.

8. I dont see how we can win Florida. Just not lose as much with Crist.
Also, Harry Reid's seat isnt looking all that good at all.

9. It's looking a lot better than it did. Now it's little worse than Burr in NC.
Also, Crist will caucus with us.
