That is what a corporation is - a government granted charter that allows people to do business without any personal liability or responsibility. But the legal fiction - the corporation itself - then has all of the rights of a human being.
Those are the rules of the game for the wealthy. For the rest of us, we have all of the responsibilities and liabilities and then some, yet our human rights are being slowly whittled away to nothing.
