Laura Ingraham's book will be terrible gibberish, but it will sell. We control Congress and the White House so the opposition will be more fired up and will buy more books. No surprise. All their book writing and shouting really only fires up their echo chamber. Few actual, open minded voters reads Ingraham and takes it seriously. The more they lose, the louder they will scream.
