Let me relay an anecdote that illustrates the Faux News viewer's perception of that interview.

A hard core fundie with whom I work (and constantly argue) saw this interview (he watches Faux News like my niece watches Dora the Explorer - every chance he gets and with a little drool coming out the corner of his mouth). He forwarded a link to this interview to me with the note, "Check out how your boy Wes Clark got chewed up by Bill O'Reilly. Clark withers away in the face of cold hard facts".

The man actually BELIEVES Faux News and Bill O are a source for facts. He watched that interview and walked away thinking Clark got eviscerated.

I just don't get it. It's like they live in Bizarro World. When someone gets "born again" do they come out the other side with the mind of a newborn?

5. O'Lielly makes my skin crawl......

he's nothing but an oafish bully. I'm surprised he didn't "cut" Clark's microphone like he so often does when someone doesn't allow him to bully and torment them. I wish Clark would have brought up Rupert Murdoch, the patron saint of the Reich-Wing. In a side-by-side comparison of how much GOOD a person has done with their wealth, Murdoch would be CREAMED by Soros. Not a peep out of O'Lielly about Murdoch though, huh? :eyes:

I'm almost 60 years old and disabled, but put me in a locked room with O'Lielly for 10 minutes. PLEASE! I might now win but O'Lielly would come out looking like he'd been in a helluva fight, I'll tell you that. :grr:

6. Saving 'the folks'

O'R has to have a demon who he is saving the 'the folks' (Joe 6-pack) from. This week it is George Soros. The Kool-Aid drinkers love it. They don't have Commies or B. Clinton anymore to kick around.
The Dems who go on Faux just play into O'R's hands or whoever the host of whatever FNC show they are on. They will never change any wacko minds or even get through to them. Don't like Clark or any Dem playing into their hands.
