Obama's approval ratings. The latest rating at Rasmussen gives Obama 48% approval. Here is a chart I found with the highest and lowest approval ratings of all the previous Presidents since 1950. The only President that never went below 48% was JFK at 56%. The only President that matches Obama's low rating was Ike all the rest were lower at some point than Obama is today.
