they've got to be scared shitless about this. IMO, this is the key to ending the war.

BTW, I'm donating to them today!!

2. I recall an old Movie
"Collateral Damage" I think. Tommy Lee Jones played a crusty old Marine Colonel. There was a young pup National Security Advisor in the White House doing things he shouldn't and trying to blame the Marines for things they didn't do. Jones confronts him and the guy gets all huffy - like I work in the white house, I'm more important then you. Jones said, "you ever had a pissed off Marine on your ass?" The guy looked like he was staring at the grim reaper.

Kicking the crap out of republicans is justified and essential for our troops and the future of our military. If they were scared shitless there wouldn't be anything left of them would there?

3. Virginia Dare, I believe they ARE the key.
I donated to them before, but I'm going to donate to them again today, since I found out that CBS fired General Batiste; all because he made that brave and honest ad.

(By the way, I admire your choice in avatars--another great patriot)

4. Thanks...
Mr. Madison gifted to us the Bill of Rights, and of course we wouldn't have made it this far without them. Too bad our current leaders choose to shit all over them. Mr. Madison also got us through the War of 1812, which easily could have destroyed us. He was a brilliant man of vision and principles. Come visit Montpelier sometime, it's beautiful and they've restored it to it's original form. It's amazing to walk where Madison walked.

I have faith in our Founding Fathers, we're going to get through this, hopefully stronger than before.

5. CBS Did Them and Us & General Baptiste A Big Favor
Now there's a "controversy"...and the ad that was only supposed to be seen in a few areas in now going to get a lot of national exposure. Call it the Swift Boat affect in reverse.

This man speaks to the military with a credibility that only gets stronger when this regime and its proxies attempt to shut him up. He now can go on all the networks, talk to all the newspapers and magazines and speak freely about what's going on and provide a valuable bridge between to the military world that has been abused and fears being ignored.

Thank goodness for people like Congressman Murtha who helped create the opening for Baptiste and others to speak out. Also many kudos to VoteVets who speak to and about the vets...the real victims of this war...and the ones we'll have to take care of for the rest of their and our lives.

6. Yes, I am very impressed with the ads featuring the Generals. No
one in their right mind can question the patriotism of these four men. I hope that more generals and to ranking soldiers come out. Ironically they may be the vanguard of the peace movement. They are trying to keep the peace.

8. And Max Cleland. But the mud did not stick. They do know how to
sling it but since it is based on lies and half truths it is eventually diluted enough that the truth can be seen.

9. Which is why we'll see another Terrorist* attack real soon..
which is why Bush signed the Executive Order that control of EVERYTHING reverts to the white house in case of a 'decapitating' event.

16. Masses of American's Will Run to Bush's Perceived Umbrella of Safety
His war-talk and swagger, fighterjock persona, will swing the majority of americans to open wide and swallow fascism with a smile.

19. No, I think that ship has sailed...
most people are on to the game now. When Repubbie members of Congress are telling him he has "no credibility" he's in deep shit. I think another terrorist attack in this country would actually have the opposite effect.

14. How's he going to back it up?
the military is obviously abandoning him, we're setting ourselves up for a military coup if nothing else. I could see the U.S. Army taking all control in Iraq and then just getting the fuck out on their own. I guess they could pay off Blackwater to help them enforce martial law, but then you're probably talking civil war. Oop, it's gonna get ugly if these assholes don't back down.
