Just fire Vilsack and make Shirley Sherrod Sec. of Agriculture
Everyone will be happy except Monsanto and ADM. It's the best way to teach those race baiters at Fox News a lesson. We need an ag policy that reflects what Michelle Obama is doing at the White House with the organic garden and healthy food initiative.

Although some good things are happening at Ag in the usual Obama way of working through the official process with little fanfare:

11. No not tomorrow morning
Someone needs to call him on his cell, wake him up and demand that he text his resignation immediately. No time for explanation - just start texting - NOW!

3. Works for me
maybe it could start a trend of appointing some really good cabinet members, I could think of a few who should not be there.

14. Heh, let them vote against her now that their news organization was caught smearing her.
What're they gonna say, "Monsanto won't like this?"

9. As an Iowa I would like to say that Vilsack made an error unlike
anything he has done before.
Yep, sure would like to say that, but - well - he's fucked up things like this before.

13. The Republicans would filibuster.
Then Glenn Beck will spend everyday claiming how she is Marxist because, like Van Jones, she is black and therefore she must be a Marxist.
