I am very disappointed that they cancelled Sam's show, but can't believe they replaced him with this

This was the most "liberal" show we had on in this part of the country for about a year - then they took it off because we're just not supposed to listen to anything that isn't purely Republican, apparently. Now we get the "joy" of Sean Insannity at that hour because they added some local fundie nuts at an earlier hour. YAWN.

being cancelled or is it an honest unbiased critique of his show? I used to listen to him when he was on late nights and wasn't real impressed, but different strokes and all that. But please stay unbiased and don't let your admiration of Seder get in the way of clear thinking. Besides, radio is an ever changing business.

It took me a little time to get used to Sam on majority report, but I got to appreciate him.

Lionel was a weekend show on Chicago's AAR affiliate. I can barely recall one show that was political and entertaining, but not any specifics. The rest were completely unmemorable.

This is a liberal radio network..or was one at one time.. You can't play the middle because quite frankly, there is no middle left in this country. It's either left or right... AND I find that those who play the middle tend to say the stupidest shit because they try to appease both sides. We see enough of that shit in the MSM aka Tweety, Zahn, Couric, etc.
