Suspect Arrested In Man's Carjacking

A 91-year-old man is recovering after he was attacked by a carjacker in Detroit, police said.

Deontae Bradley, 22, was formally charged with felony carjacking and assault Friday. According to police, Bradley stole Leonard Sims' car and beat him repeatedly in the face. The entire attack was caught on tape.

Think about it, if you were there, in that group.

How many were there? I'd say 6-7 people.
A brutal, vicious guy is beating on the old man.

He could have been high on meth, which makes people crazy.
Would you have tried to intervene, or stayed back out of fear of the guy doing the beating?

It's been 20 years now since I was attacked and beaten by a guy high on PCP.
I'll never forget that.

When actually placed in an emergency, very few people do.

Repeated blows to the face and he still keeps standing! He only fell at the end and only when the attacker fled.

I think Mr. Bradley is going to have a tough time of it in prison...

at the inner strength of that 91 yr old vet. I don't know what to say about the onlookers, except I hope I would have tried to stop it if I had the chance.
