What laws could have been broken? (Prosecutor firings)
Obviously perjury for the cover up but what else could they be charged with?

1. Violations of the Hatch Act
You can't fire people for partisan reasons.

9. Perhaps not
Obstruction of justice would certainly apply since some of the USA were fired to screw up investigations of GOoPers.

3. Obstruction of Justice
Two of the fired US Attorneys predicted that criminal charges would be filed in this matter including obstruction of justice as to the Arizonia US Attorney and Carol Lam. It is also clear that the two New Mexico repugs who called the US Attorney are guilty of ethical rules for both the House and the Senate.

6. Opening this can of worms also can prove voter intimidation, and
vote manipulation charges, which are both felonies as far as I know. If you didn't see Gregg Palast interviewed on Democracy Now, you can watch the video at this link.

http://www.democracynow.org/article.pl?sid=07/05/14/1426254&mode=thread&tid=25

Gregg says he has 500 of Rover's missing emails that were sent to the wrong email address and ended up on HIS DESK! Apparently they were sent to georgewbush.org insteat of .com by mistake! He points out that the reason for all the firings were to supress votes and insure a Pub win in 08! It's a very interesting interview!
