Where did the Economic Recovery Go (for Dummies)
Edited on Sun Aug-01-10 11:00 AM by FreakinDJ
There will be no economic recovery until our Politicians stop taking bribes from Foreign Companies, Multinational Corporations, and the Wall St Fat Cats.

Free Trade isn't Free, Nor fair and balanced as FUX News would say. Well actually maybe it is "Fair and Balanced" in the FUX News perspective because it only favors a few wealthy elite investors and Multinational Corporations. The remainder of America's Middle Class, and Working Poor are watching their future, and their children's future go down the drain of "Globalization" and the "Free Trade" mantra.

Phone your Politicians

So if you are tired of making decisions of "Food or Rent", "Medicine or Electricity", or "Clothes for your kids or gas to get to work" ask your politician "What are YOU going to do to bring back manufacturing to America"

3. The economic recovery in 2009 and 2010 did not go there.
It's rather a temporal impossibility for the recovery in 2009 to vanish into 2006 and 2007. Those trade numbers are projections, predictions. In other words, wrong.

One can quibble with the curve fitting.

The correct numbers are but a simple Internet search away. They're out for 2009, and even for early 2010, and boy oh boy are they lower than projected back in 2007.
