Banking: Biden voted for the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005<36> and voted yes on restrictions on personal bankruptcy.
I could cite other reasons but for me this is the BIG one, its helped put many a good family in the poor house!
Oh yes and his wonderful work for MBNA, credit vultures!
