Schumer attacks Wikileaks.......

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) is making it clear that WikiLeaks, the website that released thousands of highly sensitive Afghanistan war documents, would not be protected under the media shield legislation being crafted in the Senate.

"Neither WikiLeaks, nor its original source for these materials, should be spared in any way from the fullest prosecution possible under the law," Schumer said.

2. So now the bigger question will be: should blogs be considered
'media'?

4. Good. (sorry)
It makes no sense to stand by and let people sabotage our military. Period.

5. Telling the truth about a war based on lies is not "sabotage."
This is supposed to be a democracy. What the documents show is that the war in Afghanistan has no good reason. None.

6. That's right. Gates and all his leadership should go immediately.
We don't need a Bush fixer and torture enabler leading the Pentagon.

7. Hey when you want to prove to The People that cover ups of war crimes
are more important than someone spilling the beans...well then you no longer believe in right and wrong...just wrong. People who cover up war crimes should be kicked out of America and forced to live in Afghanistan or Iraq.
