CBS News just polled me...

They asked me the "right track wrong track" question, as well as questions about the war in Afghanistan.

I said the country was on the wrong track--but I hate that question because the media often uses the
result of that question to suggest that the country approves/disapproves of the job the President is doing.

I am unhappy with ALL of government--most Republicans and Democrats alike. I believe that our system of
government has been converted from a democracy into a haven of corporations and paid-for politicians who
are wheeling and dealing behind the scenes.

So, I said "wrong track" but I certainly am not against Obama because I believe the Republicans will do
a spectacular job.

It will be interesting to see the results, which will be released later this month.

They also asked some other interesting questions--how many phone lines are in our house, if Palin would make
a good President (I said, Uhhh....is there a 'hell no' option?"), if I had cable tv, if I considered myself
an evangelical, and on an on.

Anyone else been polled? It's kind of nice to be asked!

...but they asked how many cell phones and phone lines were in the house.

I don't own a cell phone. I know I am in the minority, but I think they are obnoxious!

I said UFOs. After all...there are plenty of UFOs. Right? :)

They didn't ask you if you believed in little green men.

They don't care if you like the questions or not....they just wanted the answer that you gave,
and they'll use that to defeat this congress and this President.

I'm sure you felt good and justified, cause you can say to yourself, you told the truth.
Problem is, they don't give a fuck about the truth.
