I'm serious. How can those people be allowed to buy power tools with cognitive skills so sorely lacking? How many of them are still looking for the "any" key on their keyboards? How many are in the shower for hours on end, washing, rinsing, and repeating endlessly until the shampoo bottle is empty?

Maybe the reason Freeperland's website looks like it's from 1996 is that the people that use it really can't handle anything more advanced. Too many options, too much power... just blows their minds, I guess.

Look at some of these comments...

Facinating how our Founders, courts, Congresses, Presidents missed this for well over 200 years, that Gay marriage is a Constitutional right.

7 posted on Wednesday, August 04, 2010 4:48:35 PM by Williams

Yeah, they also missed that "all adult citizens can vote" right, and the "people can't own other people" right. Imagine that, fucker.

To: tsmith130
Interestingly, the law is completely and utterly fair. It is just that some are motivated to break it more than others. All homosexuals have the same rights the rest of us have - to marry a member of the opposite sex who is not a direct family member and neither of them is currently married.

Or are those limitations unconstitutional as well? ;)

Idiots.

9 posted on Wednesday, August 04, 2010 4:48:43 PM by RobRoy (The US Today: Revelation 18:4)

So, found the "any" key yet, fuckwad? Sure, the law is fair. All whites have the same rights the rest of us have - to marry a member of the black race who is not a direct family member and neither of them is currently married.

What's wrong, fuckwad? Don't want to marry a black person? Hey, you can still get married, so what's the problem? You just have to marry a black person. That is totally different from prohibiting marriage altogether.

To: Williams
If this stands then all states must permit gay marriage, as a Constitutional right?
Where in The Constitution is marriage mentioned?

To: tsmith130
voting doesn't count for anything........
I suspect Missouri's vote to exempt itself from the federal "Manditory Health Insurance Mandate" will also be ignored by activist courts.....

The peoples voting voice is silenced.

Oh, I love these particular fuckwads. Ummm.... FLORIDA 2000!!!! OHIO 2004!!!! And what did Darth Cheney say when told that the vast majority of people wanted out of Iraq? I believe the exact quote was "So?".

Hey, fucker, Obama and the Democrats had clear voting wins in November 2008. Didn't shut you up at all, did it?

To: tsmith130
This makes me so mad. We voted....twice...and some idiot judge ignores what the people of CA say.
This is just not the country I used to know. I really do hate the libs and their, "take it to court until we get what we want" tactic.

16 posted on Wednesday, August 04, 2010 4:54:12 PM by CAluvdubya ("Sarah Palin fights, we cannot spare her."--GonzoGOP)

Hey, idiot... minority rights are not subject to majority vote. Oh, and if you hate the "take it ot court until we get what we want" tactic, would you care to explain Bush v. Gore to me?

I'll wait.

To: tsmith130
No one is surprised, right? The votes of the people mean NOTHING to the leftwing judges.

21 posted on Wednesday, August 04, 2010 4:56:39 PM by Recovering_Democrat

Again, fuckwad.... Minority rights are not subject to majority vote. As a perpetually procecuted white person who's about to be in the ethnic minority, I'm sure you don't want the Hispanics, blacks, and Asians telling you what rights you do and don't have, do you?

To: Williams
You don't seriously think the USSC would sustain this?
I suspect you will see the Gubernator NOT appealing this case to the 9th ~ and it'll just die.

What you will need to do is run another referendum, and keep on doing that until you have some trustworthy individuals in your state government's leadership positions, and several federal judges out there die ~ or retire (although it is preferable they simply pass on to the other side ~ where Satan awaits them ~ else they continue to serve as judges on a part time basis and can continue to create mischief).

29 posted on Wednesday, August 04, 2010 5:01:11 PM by muawiyah

You need to resolve this with the fuckwit a few posts up complaining about "'take it to court until we get what we want' tactic". Or are you just a fucking hypocrite?

To: tsmith130
What really underscores the "stigmas" is AIDS.
As long as homosexual males continue to spread AIDS and kill people they'll really have a difficult time eliciting any sympathy from serious minded people.

32 posted on Wednesday, August 04, 2010 5:04:01 PM by muawiyah

That post is so monumentally stupid that simply reading it condemns it (and you, fuckwit) more than any snark I could think up.

To: tsmith130
How many times can the government subvert the will of the people in a so-called democratic society before the people stand up and do something about it?

Judges and the current administration are destroying this country. November can’t come quickly enough, but I fear even that will be too little, too late.

Jesus Christ in blue jeans, were you in a fucking COMA during the Bush years? Judicial activism, corruption on an unprecedented level, government handouts, massive deficit spending, unpaid-for tax cuts, unpopular wars, electioneering, undermining the democratic process, privatization, fear-mongering, lying... and NOW you're pissed at a guy that won overwhelmingly and a congress with clear supermajorities in both houses?

Fuck, man... your denial is EPIC!!!

Someone please tell me again why I should take the time to vote? A single judge can overturn the will of the people.

45 posted on Wednesday, August 04, 2010 5:12:20 PM by Red in Blue PA (Anti-Gunners suffer from Factose Intolerance)

A single judge should over turn the will of the people when the will of the people is to take away fundamental constitutional rights from a minority. And in YOUR world, 5 judges can take away the will of the people simply for one man's ego, so maybe YOUR WORLD IS A TERRIBLE FUCKING PLACE THAT NOBODY ELSE SHOULD BE SUBJECT TO EVER!!!

To: tsmith130
This ruling a travesty handed down by an avowed and unrepentant queer judge. It is 100% certain that Walker’s ruling will be overturned. He had no right to push his sexual perversion on the whole state.

53 posted on Wednesday, August 04, 2010 5:16:15 PM by DesertRenegade

So it's okay if it's handed down by an avowed and repentant straight judge? In a ruling against gay people?

And when will Judge Walker be pounding on the door to fog you with Gay Spray?

I mean, you do realize that Prop 8 had ZERO effect on gay sex, right? Right? Or straight sex?

Right?

You do realize that the straights will still be fucking other straights, and the gays will still be fucking other gays. Right? Right?

Better put on a gas mask and grab your gun, man... Judge Walker is coming with the Gay Spray to convert you!!! And your good white christian children!!!

To: tsmith130
If the courts impose gay marriage and make it the law of the land, I’d fully and unflinchingly start supporting secession.

and confirmed.

Walker's original nomination to the bench by Ronald Reagan in 1987 stalled in the Senate Judiciary Committee because of controversy over his representation of the United States Olympic Committee in a lawsuit that prohibited the use of the title "Gay Olympics".<4> Two dozen House Democrats, led by Rep. Nancy Pelosi of San Francisco, opposed his nomination because of his alleged "insensitivity" to gays and the poor. Years later, the San Francisco Chronicle noted the irony of this opposition due to Walker's sexual orientation.<5>

He was renominated by Bush I in 1989 and confirmed by unanimous consent.

nomination was stalled by Pelosi and a few other dems because Walker was perceived as insensitive to gays and the poor. It was Poppy Bush's nomination that resulted in his appointment to the bench.

there is no greater collection of stupidity and bigotry than there is at Free Republic. There just isn't. Seriously, even the few websites we "cannot name" have some bit of intelligence, hell I'd even say that while I don't agree with them, some posters on those websites are pretty damn quick to make a decent point. However, FR is simply the leach field for the internet right wing sewer.

Pale colors work best.
