Report: Lobbyists backing Reid in a big way
In Nevada's Senate race, lobbyists are putting their money behind Sen. Harry Reid and in a big way, according to an analysis this morning in Politico.

As the race heated up in June, registered lobbyists gave $56,000 to the Senate majority leader in just a few weeks. Republican challenger Sharron Angle? Just $500.

2. I don't use this line of reasoning often these days, but ... Reid's a LOT better than Angle!

4. Fifty-Six thousand dollars doesn't sound like very much
But I guess, when one compares it to the pitiful support for Angle, it sounds like massive munnies. Way to go, Politico.

5. Does anybody here trust using Politico as a news source? Anyway, guess the lobbyists have an idea of
who's going to win in November.
