As Bro Falwell showed us so convincingly in his movie "The Clinton Chronicles", Bill and Hill have everyone who disagrees with them killed, so there can be no doubt that Falwell himself was their latest victim.

The logic is irrefutable. (A) Falwell is dead. (B) Falwell opposed Clinton, therefore (C) Clinton had Falwell killed.
